EVH Tech: Safety: Override Low Voltage Disconnect

Default EV behavior is to automatically stop drawing power from batteries upon reaching the programmed low voltage cutoff value. The intent is to avoid damaging any of your battery cells as a result of over-discharging them. Note that battery power is still available when the EV stops drawing power.
